NEMZION Land
Does NEMZION Land replace a surveyor?
No. Charting checks your survey plan's coordinates against relevant survey and planning records. It isn't a new survey of the land. For setting out or confirming boundaries on the ground, you still need a surveyor's own work.
A charting search can show, for example, a government acquisition or reservation affecting the location, released land, or an overlap with another parcel. It doesn't by itself show ownership. A NEMZION boundary walk is evidence of what someone found on the ground, not a survey either.
