How to invite the person on site

The person on site (sometimes called a reporter) is someone you choose who can reach the property: a relative, a caretaker or a foreman. The app is free for them.

Invite them and ask for a visit in one message

1. 01On Home, tap Request visit.
2. 02If you have more than one property, choose it under Which property?.
3. 03Under Who goes, tap Invite someone new.
4. 04Type their first name, for example "Tunde", and tap Add. They're now chosen under Who goes.
5. 05Under When, choose This week, Next week or Pick a date, and tick anything extra under What to photograph.
6. 06Tap Send on WhatsApp, and choose them in WhatsApp.

One message says when to visit, then: install the NEMZIO app, open the link (or enter the code, like K7M4-PQ2N), and the visit is waiting for them. They don't need to type anything if they tap the link. The code works once.

Send isn't shown for someone new: NEMZIO can't tell them until they've joined, so the message goes on WhatsApp.

Invite them without asking for a visit yet

Open the property, tap Details, then tap Invite someone under People. Choose Reporter: takes the photos, type their name, tap Create invite and share, and send it.

After you send an invitation from the property

• Share on WhatsApp or SMS sends the same code again.
• A button such as Next: ask them to record the location or Next: request their first visit asks for it now. It waits for them until they join.
• Create another code starts a new invitation.

What they need to do

1. 01Install the NEMZIO app.
2. 02Create their own free account, or log in.
3. 03Tap your link. The app opens with the code filled in, and they tap Join. If the link doesn't open the app, they enter the code on Home, On site, Enter an invite code.

The property then shows in their app, and they show under Who goes when you request a visit.

A lost or unused code

Open the property, tap Details, then Invite someone. Under Waiting to be used, tap New code (the old code stops working) or Withdraw.

Someone who only looks

For a spouse, a sibling or a lawyer who should see the records, choose Viewer: can only look instead. Not every plan includes viewers.
