How to request a visit

On Home, tap the blue Request visit button. Choose who goes, when and what to photograph, then tap Send: NEMZIO tells them in the app. You can also send the request on WhatsApp.

Ask for a visit

  1. 01On Home, on the Owner side, tap the blue Request visit button by Your properties at the top.
  2. 02If you have more than one property, choose one under Which property?.
  3. 03Under Who goes, tap the person.
  4. 04Under When, tap This week, Next week or Pick a date.
  5. 05If you chose Pick a date, tap a day on the calendar.
  6. 06Under What to photograph, tick anything you want as well as The usual photos, for example The roof or The road to it.
  7. 07Tap Send.

You see Visit requested. NEMZIO tells them in the app (and by email, if they chose that). Tap Done.

The same Request visit button is on the Visits tab and on each property's page. Send stays grey until you've chosen who goes and when. Nobody under Who goes? Tap Invite someone new: see How to invite the person on site.

What to photograph

The usual photos are always included. What you can add depends on the property: for land, Inside the fence, The road to it and The neighbours on each side; for a house or a building site, also The inside and The roof.

  • After Send, tap Also send on WhatsApp. WhatsApp opens with a short message and a link to the request. Choose who to send it to.
  • Or tap Send on WhatsApp instead of Send. The request is made, then WhatsApp opens with the message. If WhatsApp isn't on your phone, your phone's share options open.

It's always one request. Send the message again only sends the message again.

Cancel a request

  1. 01Open the property.
  2. 02Tap Details.
  3. 03Under Open requests, tap Cancel request.
  4. 04Tap Cancel request again to confirm.

The website's request form has more choices, such as a surprise check: see How do I ask for a visit?.
