How to ask the person on site to go back

If the spot marked on site is in the wrong place, tap No, it's somewhere else. We won't use that spot. Then tap Ask (their name) to go back, or Set the location myself.

When the spot is in the wrong place

  1. 01Open the property and tap Confirm location.
  2. 02Tap No, it's somewhere else.
  3. 03Under Somewhere else?, tap No, it's somewhere else again. Tap Cancel if you change your mind.
  4. 04You see We won't use this spot. Tap Ask Chinedu to go back (with your person's name).

The property's page then says Asked Chinedu to go back. They get the request in the app and mark the spot again. When they have, you confirm it: see How to confirm where your property is.

Or set it yourself

At step 4, tap Set the location myself instead, and set the property's location on the screen that opens.

The spot you set aside isn't used for any visit.

When a visit missed something

Ask for another visit, and tick what's needed under What to photograph: see How to request a visit. An Incomplete visit shows what's missing.
