For property owners
How to see a visit and its record
Open a visit
- On Home, tap Latest visit (or View record).
- Or tap the Visits tab: every visit to your properties, newest first.
- Or open a property: its newest visits are under Past visits. Tap See all visits for the rest.
What the record shows
At the top: who made the visit (for example Visit by Chinedu, or First visit for the visit that recorded where the property is), the property's name, the date and time in the property's own time zone, and the result.
Tap the big photo, or one of the small ones under it, to see it full size.
Under Visit details:
- Taken with: The NEMZIO app.
- Time: Set by our server means the time comes from NEMZIO's own clock. The phone's clock means some of it came from the phone. Not checked yet means the checks are still running.
- Where: At the house (or On the land, On the site, At the property) means every photo was taken at the property. Away from the house means some photos were taken somewhere else. Location unclear means the checks couldn't tell. Not checked yet means the checks haven't run yet, or the property's location still needs you.
What the result means
- Checks running: the visit has arrived and its checks are still running.
- Checks passed: every check that ran found no issue, and every view needed was taken. See What does “Checks passed” mean?
- Passed with cautions: no check failed, but at least one result is uncertain. Look at the full record.
- Incomplete: some views are missing. See What does “Incomplete” mean?
- Check failed: a check the visit needed failed. See What happens when a check fails?
Tap See the full record for every check, the map, notes and downloads.
Share it
- 01Open the record.
- 02Tap the share icon at the top right.
- 03Choose how to send it.
The message has a link and a record code that anyone can open. The share icon shows once the checks are done, on plans that include sharing. See Can I share a visit record?
