How to order a land check

A licensed surveyor or lawyer checks the official records for your land. The signed report appears in the Land tab.

Order one

1. 01Tap the Land tab.
2. 02Find your property. Each one has its own Land checks card.
3. 03Tap Order a land check.
4. 04Under Which check?, tap the check you want.
5. 05Read what it checks, the documents it needs and how long it usually takes.
6. 06Tap Start order.
7. 07Tap Add documents. The order opens on the NEMZIO website.
8. 08Upload the documents on the checklist and send them for review.

Nothing is charged until our team has accepted your documents. Then you pay on the order's page. See When do I pay for a land check?

Only the property's owner can order. The app shows each check's price before you order.

Follow your order

Each order shows in the property's card with its stage, for example Awaiting payment, In progress or Report ready.

• Tap Open the order on the website to add documents or pay.
• Tap Open signed report when the report is ready.

Can't order?

• Not open right now: tap Join the list, and we'll email you when you can order.
• Land checks are offered in some areas only. See Where are land checks available?

A land check describes what the searches found. It doesn't settle who owns the land: see What a record can't establish.
