How to see your notifications

See them

1. 01On Home, tap the bell at the top right. A dot on it means something new.
2. 02Tap a notice. It opens what it's about, for example a visit's record.

To clear the dots, tap Mark all as read. You can also open your notifications from the Account tab: tap Notifications.

Choose what you're told

1. 01Open your notifications.
2. 02Tap Choose what you're told.
3. 03For each kind of thing, choose how you're told: in the app, by email or on the phone.

Some switches can't be turned off, because they protect your account.

Phone notifications are off?

If you see Phone notifications are off, tap Turn on notifications (or Open settings) and allow notifications for NEMZIO. Until you do, your phone won't tell you about finished visits, but the list in the app still shows everything.
