How to change, suspend or remove the person on site

Remove someone in the app

1. 01Open the property.
2. 02Tap Details.
3. 03Under People, tap Remove next to their name.
4. 04Tap Remove to confirm.

They can't see the property or send visits any more. Their past visits stay on your record.

Suspend, replace or change access on the website

1. 01Sign in on the NEMZIO website.
2. 02Under Properties, open the property.
3. 03Go to People and find the person on site.

There you can choose:

• Suspend: stops their access. You can give it back later with Restore access.
• Replace: hands their work to someone new or someone already on the property. You see what will happen before you confirm.
• Hand over visits: gives their open visits to someone else on the property.
• Remove: stops their access for good. To come back, they'd need a new code from you.
• Change access: changes what they can see and do.

If they're on a visit, you choose Stop now or Let them finish this visit.
