How do I request a WhatsApp call?
Choose "Request a WhatsApp call" on the NEMZIO Land pages, your order or Support. Pick what it's about and a time that suits you; the times are shown in your own time zone. You don't need a call to order a land check.
You can ask us to call you about choosing a land check, your documents, a payment, an order in progress, a finished report, or a technical problem.
- 01Choose Request a WhatsApp call (on the NEMZIO Land pages, on your order, or under Support).
- 02Choose what the call is about. If you came from an order, we already know which one.
- 03Choose a day and time. Times are shown in your own time zone, with the zone written next to them.
- 04If we don't have your number yet, we ask: "Which WhatsApp number should we call?" It's saved to your account, where you can change it.
We confirm the booking straight away and remind you before the call. After booking, your number is only shown partly hidden (for example +234 ••• ••• 0123).
Calls are optional. If you know which check you need, you can order without speaking to us.
